School Supply List

All grades both Face-to-face and LaunchEd:
• 1-2 wide-ruled composition notebooks (can be purchased at Dollar Tree)
• Black and blue pens (2-3 of each color)
• Pencils (5-10)
• Laptop sleeve (highly recommended to prevent damage and fines!) Can be purchased at school for $10 or at Office Depot, Staples, sometimes Walmart and Target
• Earbuds (NOT air pods, beats, etc. these are expensive items that should remain at home)- non-Bluetooth, plug-in earbuds for the student laptop ($2-$5 per pair)
• Individual classroom teachers may have a few additional supplies per class.


Immunization

Remember!!!
If your child will be enrolled in 7th Grade, he or she must have the 7th-grade Immunization (Tdap) in order to attend the school.

Eligibility
All services are free of charge and are provided in the clinic at the Oak Ridge Neighborhood Center for Families on the Walker Middle School Campus. All students and children residing in Orange County are eligible for services regardless of insurance status. The patient’s family is responsible for the cost of any necessary prescriptions.

Hours and Appointment Times
The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm for the summer. For families in Orange County, please call to schedule an appointment during the clinic open hours. To schedule an appointment, contact (407)850-5101.
